PUPPY PURCHASE AGREEMENT
The seller agrees to furnish the buyer with all the necessary health information including Vaccination Records, AKC registration and Health Certificate. It is understood that, at the time of sale, this animal is not considered to be or breeding quality, but is a representative of its breed and structurally suited as a companion and/or obedience dog.
We require a non-refundable deposit of $500 (by Pay pal, Cash, Bank Cashier’s check or Money order) to hold your puppy. Buyer will pick up the puppy during the time the puppy is between 8 and 10 weeks old. Two week or more with no attempt to make pick up arrangements, buyer forfeits puppy with no option to obtain another.
SHIPPING
We have found a wonderful Puppy Flight Nanny Service that will fly the puppy in the cabin with them. This way the puppy has someone with them at all times. They pick the puppy up from us and hand the puppy to you at your nearest airport. Using the puppy flight nanny service in the lower 48 states cost $450.
Our puppies are never shipped alone!
THE PUPPY IS GUARANTEED AS FOLLOWS:
Wild Card Bulldogs guarantees that all puppies are in excellent health at the time of the purchase. If your puppy does not pass the Health Certificate your deposit will be refunded or applied toward the next available puppy. Puppy is guaranteed for 1 year from any genetic/life threatening illness. Puppy must be examined by a licensed veterinarian, at buyer’s expense, within three business days of purchase of the puppy. This guarantee is valid only to the person who purchased the puppy. Breeder is not responsible for any expense occurring once a puppy leaves the sellers possession.
If a genetic/life threatening illness is detected by a licensed veterinarian, the buyer return the puppy and paper to the seller immediately with a letter from the veterinarian stating the medical reason for the return of the puppy. Breeder has the right to take the puppy to our Vet for a second opinion. *Undescended testicles, Cherry eyes and Hernias are not life threatening genetic illnesses*. If any medical treatment is performed, this guarantee is null and void. No guarantee is given for any kind of worms, coccidiosis, or giardia, mites or any other parasite - they are all too common - including parvo, corona and distemper. Hypoglycemia is preventable and is not a genetic defect; therefore is not covered under this guarantee.
In the event a puppy dies within the three day period, a necropsy by a licensed veterinarian must be performed to determine the cause of death - at buyer’s expense. A copy of the necropsy must be provided to the seller within three days of the necropsy/death of the puppy along with its paperwork - failure to do this will void this guarantee.
Breeder will not replace a puppy for any reason not related to a serious genetic life threatening illness. The seller will exchange the puppy for another of the same sex, size, color and value if available. If seller has no similar puppies within one year, seller will refund the purchase price of the puppy.
This guarantee is null/void if the buyer fails to have the puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within three business day of the purchase. By purchasing a puppy, the buyer understands and agrees to all the terms of this guarantee.
